Penetrating Sealers

DuraCore Repeller develops its water repellent properties by reaction with atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2). The active substance formed from the masonry water repellent is a polymeric siliconate. It can be used to impart water resistance to highly porous materials. Repeller assists in maintaining aesthetically pleasing surfaces by preventing liquid or contaminate ingress, enhancing & preserving the treated materials original appearance and integrity.

DuraCore Cure & Seal is a proprietary silicate siliconate water based formulation applied to new and existing concrete giving an excellent cure regime, dust proofer, surface hardener and stain resistance from oils, while still being compatible with line marking. Ideal for use in curing large car park areas and all concrete.

Nutech Silicon Sealer is a deep penetrating, sealer for concrete, masonry and terracotta. It is specially developed for porous building materials. Silicon Sealer is designed to impart water repellence to porous and absorbent materials, producing a beading effect within a few hours.

Moisture Barriers & Waterproofing

DuraCore Moisture Proof is a liquid moisture barrier and densifier for new or old concrete that requires no mixing and is applied simply by pouring & spreading or spraying with a pump up spray pack.

Penetron Admix (Integral Crystalline Waterproofing Admix) is added to the concrete mix at the time of batching. Penetron admix consists of Portland cement and various active, proprietary chemicals. These active chemicals react with the moisture in fresh concrete and with the by-products of cement hydration to cause a catalytic reaction, which generates a non-soluble crystalline formation throughout the pores and capillary tracts of the concrete.

Duram Primeseal MC (Moisture Cure) is a water based, epoxy waterproof membrane. Duram Primeseal MC is a high performance, versatile, two-part, water based, hydrostatic pressure resistant, waterproofing barrier membrane coating suitable for most types of porous and semi-porous surfaces including green (newly laid) hardened concrete and damp surfaces. Primeseal MC cures to form a strong, waterproof, hydrostatic pressure resistant and water vapour pressure barrier and is
formulated for application on to damp, newly laid concrete and most
other construction surfaces.

Bostik Ultraseal is a two part solvent free water based epoxy primer. It is compatible with wide range of coverings. It is designed as a one coat primer and vapour barrier/retarder to prevent moisture migration through a concrete slab to levels that will not cause swelling or cupping of Timber flooring.

Ardex WPM 300 Water Based Epoxy Moisture Barrier is water resistant, prevents rising damp, efflorescence and withstands hydro-static pressure. It has Excellent adhesion to most substrates including damp surfaces and freshly laid green concrete, also Safe to use in potable water situations

Duram S900 Duram S900 is a clear, high pH, deep penetrating siloxane waterproofing solution. Duram S900 penetrates in to the tissue of porous substrates and creates a waterproofing barrier below the surface preventing the ingress of water. Duram S900 is an effective waterproofing solution and stops leaks without lifting tiles or changing the overall appearance of the surface. Duram S900 also solves the problems associated with water penetration such as corrosion of steel reinforcement, friability and binder loss of surfaces, fungal and bacteria attack and degradation due to carbon dioxide permeability.
