Biax Foundations is an Australian made & owned system which offers an environmentally sustainable alternative to traditional void former systems. Made of 100% recycled plastic this user-friendly foundation system offers engineers, converters and homeowners a more reliable foundation whilst also being cost effective by optimizing the efficiency of resources linked to labour, time, concrete, steel reinforcing, transport and storage.
Biax slabs have been engineered to maximise the strength capabilities of reinforcement mesh in a structural sense, offering superior moisture protections due to the 2mm thick polypropylene plastic. Engineering ridges give a 65mm clearance eliminates the need for bar chairs.

Biax- 145 for a 230mm Slab is used for the formation of ‘step downs’ such as patios, alfresco, garages & wet areas
Biax- 215 for a 300mm Slab is considered the ‘primary’pod commonly used for the main body of slabs
Biax- 500 for a 585mm Slab is for a significantly stiffer and stronger slab for multi story buildings
Biax Mini Pod & Adjustable’s for tight spaces like edge beams & step downs
The Auschair is a combination spacer for pods and reinforcing steel
Keystone secures all the Biax pods together for a perfectly modular grid
Ausdrain 30mm Drainage Cell for managing dropped edge- beams and internal steps
Thermal DPM & Reflective Tape is used to enhance thermal R-Value
